We are pleased to inform you that a new rule (Government decrees №228 of 20.02.1999, №410 of 29.03.2002) has come into force allowing simplified procedure for entrance to Ukraine the citizens of certain countries. From now on, the citizens of EU member-countries, Canada, USA, Switzerland and Japan can be issued short-term (up to 8 days) tourist visa on arrival to Odessa airport and seaport, on the grounds of documents confirming the tourist nature of travel.

In order to get visa support from our agency, the tourist has to let us have:

• a copy of passport
• a copy of ticket (including return ticket)
• reservation request and prepayment for accommodation at a hotel of your choice
• prepayment for visa support handling - 20 USD

On arrival to Odessa airport / seaport, in order to obtain a short-term tourist visa, the tourist must produce:

• a valid passport (that will be valid at least 1 month after the visa expires and has at least 2 blank pages)
• 2 passport-sized photos
• consular fee in the amount of 30 USD
• visa application (available at the consulate department in the airport / seaport)
• a copy of tourist voucher (issued by our agency)

After the tourist visa is issued, the tourist follows normal procedure for entering Ukraine, i.e. passport and customs control. Prior to passport control, an immigration card (available from the border authorities in the airport) must be filled out with indication of the purpose of entry as "tourism" and the hotels address.
